Trial Licence Terms of Service

Welcome to Norsk, a live streaming platform owned by id3as (id3as-company Ltd and id3as inc). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including the Norsk live streaming platform and any associated free trial licence that may be provided to you (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, or using the Services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. By registering for an account, you agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted during the registration process.
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3. Protect the security of your account by not disclosing any password or licence file to others and restricting access to your account.
4. Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any unauthorised access or use of your account or any security breaches related to the Services.
5. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Free Trial Account

Norsk offers a time-limited free trial account to allow users to evaluate the Services. The free trial account is subject to the following terms:

1. The free evaluation licences grant access to the Services where each individual session is limited to a maximum period (20 minutes by default, but this duration may be changed to facilitate e.g. soak testing, agreed by the parties).
2. When a trial invocation of the Services is reached, that session will automatically terminate, but a new session may then be instantiated.

Licence and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Norsk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable licence to access and use the Services for non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

1. Reproduce, modify, distribute, sub-license, lease, sell, or otherwise transfer the Services or any portion thereof without the express written permission of id3as.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of the Services.
3. Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services or interfere with any other party's use of the Services.
4. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices appearing in or on the Services.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the exclusive property of id3as and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to any of our patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights.

The Services may include Open Source Components and any use of the Open Source Components shall be governed by and subject to the terms and conditions governing such Open Source Components. On request, id3as shall provide a complete, machine-readable copy of the source code for such Open Source Components in accordance with the terms of such licences.

Termination

id3as may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Norsk platform or related services.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, and licensors from all claims and liabilities.
